The base portion includes an opening portion and a projected portion, the clip includes a front end portion, a parallel portion, a base end portion, a draw stop claw, a hold claw and an engaging hole and is set such that when the parallel portions are maximally closed, an interval between front ends of the draw stop claws<an inner diameter of a vehicle body panel attaching hole<an interval between front ends of the hold claws. Therefore, when the draw stop claws are drawn out from an attaching hole, the hold claws do not pass the attaching hole, and the clip is prevented from being dropped to a back face side of a vehicle body panel.
