1. A composition which is at least substantially anhydrous and comprisesa. At least one water immiscible emollient oil in sufficient quantity to provide emollience to skin,b. At least one emulsifying agent capable of forming an emulsion, in situ, on the skin with the above oil when water is added to the said composition, the said emulsifier in such quantities that the oil is substantially removed from the skin,c. A physical stabilization of the composition enhancing amount of a component selected from the group consisting of1) At lease one wax,2) At lease one oil gelling agent that is both water and oil insoluble, and3) A mixture of 1 and 2.
