The toner particles include a colorant, a charge control agent and a release agent with binder resins. The external additives include a first silica having an opposite polarity to the toner particles, a second silica having the same polarity as the toner particles, a sodium titanate having the same polarity as the toner particles, and an aluminum oxide having the same polarity as the toner particles.
