An image pickup lens is disclosed, comprising three lenses characterized in that the lenses comprise a first lens L1 having a convex surface facing a subject side and positive refracting power, an aperture S, a second lens L2 having a convex surface facing an image side and negative refracting power, and a third lens L3 having a concave surface facing the image side and positive refracting power which are disposed sequentially from the subject side as well, all the lens surfaces are composed of aspheric surfaces and the following conditional formulas (A0) and (A1) are satisfied.f/f2<−0.9   (A0)2<|R21−R22|/|R21+R22|<5   (A1)
