The transverse girder is movable vertically at vertical guides of the portal, transverse girder being rotatable about a horizontal axis of rotation. The cathode or cathodes are clampable each at one or at a common clamping device at the transverse girder and/or movable linearly along the transverse girder at least at one horizontal guide.
