The second positioning portion disposed on pushing portion; and a needle connected to the sliding member; so that when the sliding member is moved to the second position, both wings are lifted and folded, so the first positioning portion behind the second positioning portion at its posterior part is fixed as well as the sliding member can not be withdrawn.
