The concavoconvex shape simultaneously satisfies the following formulae (I) 1.2≦θa≦2.5 and (II) 0.004≦ψ≦0.18, wherein θa represents the average inclination angle of the concavoconvex part; Rz represents the average roughness of concavoconvexes; Sm represents the average spacing of the concavoconvexes; and ψ represents the ratio, between Rz and Sm, defined by ψ=Rz/Sm. The optical laminate has an internal haze value of not less than 0% and not more than 50%, and the optical laminate has a surface haze value of not less than 0.5% and not more than 4.5%.
