An applicator in which paint flow is facilitated utilizing a grip pump bias to a paint distributor such as a roller. The roller is configured within a head such that paint is appropriately distributed with limited leakage in order to allow easy operation for distributing paint upon a surface. The application is arranged to operate at elevated or displaced positions and allow greater paint flow control.
