A medical display for analyzing heart signals includes a cardiographic display which displays an electrocardiograph (ECG) heart signal segment of a patient having a magnitude and location in vector format within a single three-dimensional (3D) coordinate system (vectorcardiograph) sampled at incremental time intervals.
