Patent abstract
A gutter insert device is shaped to fit within a gutter hollow channel. The insert is a foamed material and it will at least partially fill the gutter hollow channel to resist accumulation of leaves, sticks and other debris. A top later is formed of reticulated polyurethane foam to resist ultraviolet light and flame retardants. Stock foam raw material is cut so that it will expand to form an elongated insert base.
