US Patent 7786197 Flame retardant resin composition and molded articles thereof

A flame retardant resin composition consisting essentially of:(A) 100 parts by weight of the total of resin components (components A) which include at least 60 wt % of an aromatic polyester resin;(B) an organic phosphorus compound (component B-1) represented by the following general formula (1) and having an acid value of 0.7 mgKOH/g or less or an organic phosphorus compound (component B-2) represented by the following general formula (2);(C) 0 to 50 parts by weight of a flame retardancy improving resin (component C); and(D) 0 to 200 parts by weight of a filler (component D), and a molded article thereof.
