The rotating apparatus includes a first spindle assembly, a conveyor connecting to the first spindle assembly, and a second spindle assembly. The first spindle assembly includes a first spindle configured to synchronously rotate with rotation of the display panel. The second spindle assembly includes a second spindle meshed with the first spindle, and is configured to be able to rotate and simultaneously rise or fall along the connecting assembly.
