The first gate portions are formed at the end of the cylindrical portion, and are vestiges of gates in injection molding. The high-density regions H are regions in which there is the highest proportion of the axial direction dimension accounted for by the first cam grooves 34c and the second cam grooves 34d with respect to the axial direction dimension of the drive frame main body 34a. The first gate portions 84b are disposed at a location closer to one of two adjacent high-density regions than the other in the circumferential direction of the two adjacent high-density regions H.
