And, a bottom wall face portion of the bowl-shaped contact member has a flat face at right angles with the axis on a lower face. And, the bowl-shaped contact member has a curved face portion connecting a cylindrical peripheral wall face portion, of which center is the axis, and the bottom wall face portion.
