A roller wheel assembly includes a support member, a bearing-based rotatable coupling, and a wheeled support structure having two rollably coupled, spaced, and axially aligned roller wheels. The support member includes a first upper portion, and a second downwardly angled portion, with the downwardly angled portion having a through-bore proximate to a lower end. The wheeled support structure is rotatably coupled to the downwardly angled portion of the support member such that a side-to-side tilting of the upper portion of the support member, with respect to a ground surface, provides an enhanced and sharp turning capability.
