The control member has at least one reverse slot (173). The circumferential surface includes at least one block (184). The at least one block is received in the at least one reverse slot of the control member so as to lock the control member into the fixing seat. The hinge assembly allows for the automatic opening and closing of the device to which the hinge assembly is incorporated.
