The electronic equipment has a first housing, a second housing provided on the first housing so as to be rotatable about a first pivot axis, and a third housing provided on the second housing so as to be rotatable about a second pivot axis substantially perpendicular to the first pivot axis. In order that the third housing tilts toward the first housing when the third housing is closed on the first housing, a flat surface perpendicular to the second pivot axis is constructed so as to form a predetermined angle relative to a flat surface of the first housing facing the third housing.
