Device, system and method of wireless communication of base stations. In some demonstrative embodiments a method may include, for example, transmitting a downlink transmission over a frequency band from a first base station during a first time period; and receiving at a second base station an uplink transmission over the frequency band during a second time period at least partially overlapping the first time period.
