The upper cover is fixedly mounted on the inner housing and moveably supported by the outer housing. The driving assembly includes a first magnetic member and a second magnetic member. The first magnetic member is positioned on the inner housing. The second magnetic member is positioned on the outer housing. The driving assembly is configured for driving the inner housing and the upper cover to move relative to the outer housing in a plane substantially perpendicular to a central axis of the outer housing through interaction between the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member.
