The lamp seat has a heat-dissipating peripheral wall that is disposed around the lamp seat, that defines a compartment having an upper end opening, and that has an inner surface. A heat-dissipating base wall is disposed on the inner surface, and has a bottom surface. At least one heat-dissipating connecting wall is connected between the bottom surface and the inner surface. First and second waterproof devices are disposed for sealing the open ends of the enclosure, respectively.
