A system includes an integrated nut assembly configured to be tethered to a first structure, the nut assembly including at least one of a lock washer and a flat washer coupled to a nut using a retainer, and a bolt configured to be tethered to at least one of the first structure and a second structure, the nut assembly configured to be threadably couplable to the bolt.
