The first operating lever is coupled to the attachment member to move with the attachment member when the attachment member is moved relative to the base member. The first operating lever is pivotally coupled to the attachment member to pivot relative to the attachment member about a first pivot axis to operate the control unit. The second operating lever is operatively coupled to the control unit and pivotally coupled to the attachment member.
