A barbed second key clamp is operatively connected to a second solenoid boated in the base anterior cavity and is biased via a second spring. A base posterior end features a breathing aperture located on a tip. A base posterior cavity features an alcohol sensor and a power supply each operatively connected to a microprocessor.
