The third lens element has positive refractive power. The fourth lens element with negative refractive power has a concave object-side surface in a paraxial region thereof. The fifth lens element with refractive power has a concave image-side surface in a paraxial region thereof, wherein both of the surfaces thereof are aspheric, and at least one inflection point is formed on the image-side surface thereof. The image capturing lens system has a total of five lens elements with refractive power.
