In some examples, a building component is disclosed including a housing with at least one recess and at least one connector assembly disposed within the at least one recess within the housing, wherein each connector assembly includes a shaft capable of being received by the at least one recess within the housing and at least one latching mechanism disposed on the shaft and configured to form a releasable connection with another building component.
