The template defines a pair of aligned openings each having a center and a medial axis passing through each center. Each of the wings projects perpendicular to the template and defines a recess defined by a pair of parallel edges spaced a distance t. A plane through the medial axis and perpendicular to the template is equidistantly spaced the edges.
