The covering component covers the first interposing part to form a pivoting space between the first interposing part and the second interposing part. The covering component has an adjusting groove connected to the pivoting space. The movable component includes a pivotal part and an assembling part that are opposite. The movable component passes through the adjusting groove. The fastening ring includes a ring body, a second pressing part and a second screwing part. The second pressing part is connected to the ring body surrounding the main body.
