An integrated headphone insert device for listening to audio output while wearing a cap includes a curved band. The band is flexible and curved. Each of a back tab, a left tab, and a right tab are coupled to and extend from the band. A headphone set includes a main cable being split having a right cable extending through the right tab and a left cable extending through the left tab. Left and right earbuds are coupled to the left and right cables respectively.
