The toothbrush has a third set of bristle tufts arranged along a third row, the third set of bristle tufts attached to the head and oriented in the vertical position. The toothbrush has a fourth set of bristle tufts arranged along a fourth row, the fourth set of bristle tufts attached to the head and oriented at an angle that is between 4 and 10 degrees to the right of the vertical position.
