An object of the present invention is to provide a tire puncture sealant excellent in sealing performance even in a small amount. The present invention is a tire puncture sealant which contains a synthetic resin emulsion A, and a natural rubber latex and/or a synthetic resin emulsion B, in which the surface free energy of the synthetic resin emulsion A is from 20 to 50 mJ/m2, and the solid content of the synthetic resin emulsion A is from 5 to 25 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the solid content of the natural rubber latex and/or the solid content of the synthetic resin emulsion B, and a tire puncture repair kit using the same.
