The main body portion may define a top surface, bottom surface, first side surface, second side surface, foot surface, and head surface. The mattress may further define a cutout formed in the top surface. At least one insert may be provided that may be disposed in the cutout of the main body portion, with the at least one insert including a substantially concave surface that may receive a user's stomach.
