If it is determined that both abnormalities coincide with each other, then whether or not it is necessary to transmit the first abnormality detection information is determined based on a positional relationship between a position of the own apparatus and an occurrence point of the abnormality at the time when the abnormality indicated by the second abnormality detection information was detected.
