When the box portion placed on a generally flat surface, pivoting the first elongated rectangular panel member into a generally vertical orientation and pivoting the second elongated rectangular portion to engage the proximal edge with the slot deploys the first and ancillary pipes in a generally vertical orientation for receiving tossed bags.
