The receiver extends from the frame at a first acute angle greater than 0° with respect to a vertical axis, and the seat post extends from a bottom of the seat at a second acute angle greater than 0° with respect to the vertical axis. As such, when the seat is positioned in the rear facing orientation the seat is positioned at an acute angle greater than 0° with respect to a horizontal axis.
