The aerosol generating device includes a shell, a mouthpiece assembly at an end of the shell, and an atomizing assembly received in the shell. The atomizing assembly includes a hollow heating body configured for inserting into the tobacco block. The heating body includes an inner surface and an outer surface for heating the tobacco block.
