The coupling may define a minor diameter receivable slot and a major diameter receivable slot. The double wall pipe may be configured to conduct a fluid. The double wall pipe operatively coupled to the coupling. The double wall pipe may comprise a first pipe, a second pipe, a first piloted flange, and a second piloted flange. The second pipe may be sleeved over the first pipe. The first piloted flange may be operatively coupled to the first pipe. The first piloted flange may be installable in the minor diameter receivable slot. The second piloted flange may be coupled to the second pipe. The second piloted flange may be installable in the major diameter receivable slot.
