University of Basel

The University of Basel (Universität Basel or Université de Bâle) is a public university located in Basel, Switzerland. Founded in 2001, it operates as an organization and educational institute focusing on various industries, including quantum sensors, education, higher education, and universities.

The university is accredited by the State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation and has affiliations with the European University Association and the Utrecht Network. It has a subsidiary, the Graphics and Vision Research Group, which is part of the Computer Science Department at the University of Basel.
