University of Cyprus

The University of Cyprus (Πανεπιστήμιο Κύπρου or Panepistimio Kyprou) is a public educational institution founded in 1989 and located in Nicosia, Cyprus. The university operates in the industries of electronic design automation, education, higher education, and is considered a university. The institution is accredited by the Ministry of Education and Culture of Cyprus.

The University of Cyprus is affiliated with various international organizations, such as the European University Association, Mediterranean Universities Union, Association of Commonwealth Universities, and UNICA. As of now, the university has been assigned one patent.
