ility Global, a Houston-based company focused on off-gas-to-value technology, has raised $53 million in an ongoing Series C funding round. The round was led by OPG Pension Plan, with participation from ArcelorMittal's XCarb® Innovation Fund, Ara Partners, and Aramco Ventures. Utility Global's proprietary eXERO™ gas production technology processes industrial gases into high-purity hydrogen and concentrated CO2 without using electricity. The funding will support the commercialization of this technology, particularly the deployment of its H2Gen™ product line, with plans for commercial units by 2026.
