Vasyl Anatoliyovych Lomachenko - Ukrainian professional boxer.He is a former world champion in three weight categories, he held the WBO welterweight title from 2014 to 2015; WBO lightweight junior title from 2016 to 2017; and the only WBA (Super), WBC titles,WBO and Ring in the lightweight between 2018 and 2020. Lomachenko is one of the most successful amateur boxers of all time, has a record of 396 victories and 1 defeat, and for this defeat twice avenged. Lomachenko's professional debut took place in 2013. He equaled the record with Saensak Muangsurin for winning the title of world champion in the fewest professional fights, becoming the WBO welterweight champion in his third fight. All his professional fights, except his debut, were World Cup fights. As of April 2022, Lomachenko ranks seventh in the ranking of the best active boxers in the world according to The Ring and ESPN and the eighth according to the Boxing Writers Association of America. It also ranks second in the world in the ESPN rankings , third on The Ring and the Transnational Boxing Rankings Board and fifth on BoxRec.
