Founded 2013 in Espoo, Southern Finland, Finland by Hannu Kytölä, Jupe Arala, and Sakari Pihlava, it invests in early stage ventures, seed and other ventures. Its portfolio companies include Uploadcare, AppFollow, AlphaSense, Xolo, Leadfeeder, Hostaway, Happeo, AppFollow, Utopia Analytics, and Brella. As of April 2020, Vendep Capital has made 19 investments. Their most recent investment was on November 12, 2019, when Uploadcare raised $1.7M. Vendep Capital has had one exit, which was Inside Secure. The company has raised two funds, their latest being Vendep Capital Fund II. This fund was announced on April 28, 2017 and raised a total of €36M.
