Ventureforgood is a grant funding scheme by raiSE made to support social enterprises at various stages of their business. The Ventureforgood program is supported by the Ministry of Social and Family Development. Ventureforgood offers companies up to $300,000 in grant funding to both new and existing social enterprises. In order for companies to be eligible for receiving a grant from ventureforgood they must intend, or be registered under, the Companies Act (also known as the Co-Operative Societies Act), be an incorporated company, and be registered as a raiSE member. Every company receiving grants from Ventureforgood must be beneficiary focused or non-beneficiary focused.
