Victor Fleming

Victor Fleming was an American film director, film producer, and cinematographer , born on February 23, 1889, in Pasadena, California . He held citizenship in the United States and was born Victor Lonzo Fleming . Fleming passed away on January 6, 1949, in Cottonwood, Arizona .

Fleming is widely known for directing films such as "Gone with the Wind" , "The Wizard of Oz" , and "Captains Courageous" . He received an Academy Award for Best Director .
