Vladimir Vladimirovich Vladimirov, is a Russian politician, member of the United Russia Party, Governor of Stavropol Krai, and Secretary of the Stavropol Regional Branch of the United Russia Party.
Vladimir Vladimirovich Vladimirov was born in 1975 in Georgievsk, Stavropol Krai, a province in Southeastern Russia. He was raised and attended secondary school in Budennovsk, a city in Stavropol Krai. He attended Ufa State Petroleum Technical University and earned a degree in Chemical Technology of Natural Energy Carriers and Carbon Materials in 1997. He also holds a degree in Development and Operation of Oil and Gas Fields from Tyumen State Oil and Gas University. From 1997 to 2010, Vladimirov worked in the oil and petroleum industry in various capacities as an engineer, chief engineer, director, and executive.
Vladimir Vladimirovich Vladimirov joined the United Russia Party in 2010. From 2010 to 2013, he served as First Deputy Governor of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. In September 2013, Vladimirov was appointed acting Governor of Stavropol Krai, replacing Valery Zerenkov. Vladimirov was elected Governor of Stavropol Krai for a five-year term in September 2014. He was re-elected for a second five-year term in September 2019. In November 2019, Vladimirov was elected Secretary of the Stavropol Regional Branch of the United Russia Party. Additionally, Vladimirov served as a Member of the Presidium of the State Council of the Russian Federation between April and November 2015, and from January to August 2019.
