WestBridge Capital is an independent private equity firm that invests in small-cap buyouts and lower mid-market companies in the United Kingdom. Founded in 2008, the company invests in small and medium enterprises that are valued between £15 million and £40 million with profits of £2 million to £5 million. It may invest between £10 million to £20 million in companies that fit in their investment criteria. As of 2020, the company has invested in industries including aerospace, healthcare, business services, and software solutions. WestBridge Capital bought the WestBridge Fund Managers in 2008 which now runs as its subsidiary.
