-St.George Banking Group, which is responsible for sales and service to consumers, business and corporate clients in Australia under the St.George, BankSA, Bank of Melbourne and RAMS2 brands;
-BT Financial Group (Australia), which is the Australian division of Westpac.
Its activities include fund management and insurance solutions. BT Financial Group brands include Advance Asset Management, Ascalon, Asgard, BT, BT Investment Management 3, Licensee Select, BT Select, Securitor, and Bank of Melbourne, BankSA, St.George and Westpac advisory, private banking and insurance operations.
The Westpac Institutional Bank segment provides a wide range of financial services to commercial, corporate, institutional and government clients with ties to Australia and New Zealand. The Westpac New Zealand segment is responsible for selling and servicing banking, investment and insurance products for consumer, business and institutional clients in New Zealand. Westpac Banking was founded on February 12, 1817 and is headquartered in Sydney, Australia.
