It was founded in 2008 in Brovary on the initiative of former hockey players Vitaly Fedyanin and Vadim Kiryan on the basis of the Bars team.In September 2008, the team received the first trophy in its history, the "Federation Cup — the opening of the season". In the future, the team continued its successful performances already in the championship of Ukraine (2008-2009), following which it won silver.In 2012, the club moved to Belaya Tserkva on the initiative of Konstantin Efimenko. There, on December 7 of the same year, the "Ice Stadium" was opened, which became the home arena of the team.Over the years of its existence, HC "White Bars" became the winner of the Ukrainian Hockey Championships three times: in 2008, 2009, and 2014. The name of the team playing until the last minute was fixed for the "White Leopard".
