American civil engineer
William Barclay Parsons (born April 15, 1859, in New York City) was an engineer and a citizen of the United States.
Parsons studied at the Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science and later pursued a career as a civil engineer. He is the founder of the engineering firm Parsons Brinckerhoff. Parsons passed away on May 9, 1932, in New York City.
