British politician
William Cavendish (born 1783) was a British politician who held citizenship in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland. Born on October 1, 1783, he was the son of George Cavendish, 1st Earl of Burlington. Cavendish passed away on January 15, 1812 at Holker Hall.
Cavendish received his education at Eton College and later attended Trinity College, Cambridge. As a politician, he had three children: William Cavendish, 7th Duke of Devonshire, Lady Elizabeth Cavendish, and Lord George Cavendish (1810–1880).
