William Warren Baldwin (1775-1844) was a Canadian lawyer, physician, businessperson, judge, politician, and architect. Born in County Cork, Ireland on April 25, 1775, he later migrated to Canada and obtained his education at the University of Edinburgh.
Throughout his life, Baldwin held numerous occupations, including being a lawyer, physician, businessperson, judge, politician, and an architect.
Baldwin was the father of Robert Baldwin, a leading statesman of Upper Canada and one of the earliest proponents of responsible government in the British colonies. William Warren Baldwin passed away in Toronto on January 8, 1844.
